Affidavit filed by Sri Noor Mohammad, learned counsel for the informant is taken on record.

In the present case the applicant was enlarged on interim bail by this Court by the order dated 06.02.2023 on the statement of counsel for the applicant that there are chances of settlement between the parties. In the affidavit filed on behalf of the informant today it has been stated that the informant has no objection in case the applicant is enlarged on bail. She has lodged FIR against the applicant on instigation of some persons. No such offence was committed by the applicant against her. She is not interested in litigating this matter further. The applicant is in jail since 06.09.2022 and has no criminal history to his credit.

Keeping in view the averments made in the affidavit of the informant it is hereby directed that the interim bail granted to the applicant by the order dated 06.02.2023 is regularised on same terms and condition.
