Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.175 of 2016 arising out in FIR No.93A of 2014 dated 23.05.2014, under Section 420, 406, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali, District Agra, during pendency of the trial.

On 23.5.2014 informant moved an application before DIG, Police, Agra. On the same day it was ordered for registration of F.I.R.

It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that both the parties have lodged the first information report regarding selling silver and receiving money and applicant has falsely been implicated in the present case. Dispute is of civil in nature. Charge-sheet has been submitted against the applicant and two co-accused persons.

It is further argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that co-accused, father of the applicant moved an Application U/S 482 No.22914 of 2021 for quashing of the entire proceedings wherein court found that there is a chance of mediation, therefore, Court directed the parties to appear before the court below and file application for settling the dispute through mediation vide order dated 10.02.2022.
