1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.

2. In terms of the FIR, it was alleged that the informant was duped of Rs.3,550/- in the garb of payment of processing fee for grant of loan. Contention of counsel for the applicant is that the applicant has no criminal history and was falsely implicated with the offence in question.

3. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application.

4. Considering the fact that the applicant has no criminal antecedent and the offence in question is to be established based upon documentary evidence, the applicant is entitled to be enlarged on bail. In view thereof, the application is allowed.

5. Let the applicant Harish be released on bail in FIR No.158 of 2023, under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC & Section 66(D) of Information Technology Act, P.S. Dhaulana, District Hapur on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties of Rs.25,000/each to the satisfaction of court concerned with the following conditions:
