The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant- Chandrakant on bail in S.S.T. No. 362 of 2010, arising out of Case Crime No. 672 of 2010, under Section 307 I.P.C., Police Station New Agra, District Agra during pendency of the trial.
In compliance with the direction of this Court, the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Court No. 10, Agra has sent his report dated 07.01.2023, according to which the trial in the aforesaid case has been decided by the Special Judge/ Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Agra vide judgment and order dated 22.02.2018.
In view of the said fact, the present bail application stands dismissed as infructuous.
