Learned counsel for informant Sri Prashant Kumar Yadav, has stated on the basis of material brought on record alongwith the supplementary affidavit that applicant has entered into registered marriage with the victim.
In view of the above, the interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 01.03.2023 is confirmed .
The applicant shall remain on bail on same terms and conditions of earlier interim order dated 01.03.2023.
Bail application is allowed .
