Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is inherent defect in the bail application, accordingly, he may be permitted to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a fresh bail application disclosing complete facts.
Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh.
Registry is directed to return the certified copies of the documents to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining its photo copies on record.
