- Heard Sri Hitesh Pachori, learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
- The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.0271 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and Section 66D IT Act, Police Station Govind Nagar, District Mathura, during the pendency of trial.
- Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is also contended that though several Aadhar Cards alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant but no one has come forward to complain about misuse of those Aadhar Cards. It is further contended that there is criminal history of one case against the accused which has been explained in paragraph-9 of the affidavit filed in support of the bail application in which he has been enlarged on bail. There is no likelihood of his abscondence or tampering with the evidence. The applicant is in jail since 15.08.2023. In case the applicant is enlarged on bail, he will not misuse the said liberty.
