The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Aslam, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0344 of 2022, under Sections 302,34 IPC Police Station Lisari Gate, District- Meerut, during pendency of trial.
There is allegation against the applicant and coaccused, Zubair of committing the murder of sister of the informant.Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that First Information Report was lodged on 21.6.2022 at 8.30. Prior to lodging of the First Information Report information was given to the police station by the informant that his sister was killed by some one else but name of the applicant and co-accused was not disclosed.It is a case of false implication.Before the trial court P.W.1,P.W.2 and P.W.3 have been examined and all of them have been declared hostile.The applicant is in jail since 22.6.2022. He has criminal history of two cases which has been explained in paragraph35 of the bail application..
