The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Manoj, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 71 of 2018, under Sections 363, 366, 376 IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Sindhauli, District- Shahjahanpur, during pendency of trial.
There are allegations against the applicant of abduction of a minor girl with intent to marry, commission of offence of rape and penetrative sexual assault.
