However, learned A.G.A is present to oppose this application on behalf of State and perused the record.
In this case the sole accused-applicant is the prime accused under Sections 302 and 307 I.P.C, which was seen by the eye-witnesses and the axe used in commission of crime was also recognised. In the alleged occurrence two victims have died.
No prima-facie case is made out. Hence, the bail application is rejected/dismissed for want of prosecution.
