At the very outset, Ms. Manju Yadav, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ashish Goyal, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in the present case trial has been concluded and the accused applicant has been acquitted, as such, the present bail application has become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the applicant, this bail application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
