evidence of last seen as has been stated by the witness namely, Rampal that he had seen the applicant along with her husband and brother-in-law namely, Bheemsen in the night of 08.08.2021, thereafter he came to know in the morning of 09.08.2021 that Ramswaroop (deceased) was lying dead. He further submits that except the statement of Rampal, there is nothing on record to demonstrate the complicity of applicant in commission of alleged offence. He next submits that the co-accused Bheemsen had also died in jail. Learned counsel has next argued that the trial has commenced and fact witness has already been examined, thus there is no chance of tampering the evidence . Learned counsel has also argued that the applicant being the wife of the deceased has been victimised of false accussation in the instant case . Several other submissions in order to demonstrate the falsity of the allegations made against the applicant have also been placed before the Court. The circumstances which, according to the counsel, led to the false implication of the accused have also been mentioned. It has also been assured on behalf of the applicant that he is ready to cooperate with the process of law and shall faithfully make herself available before the court whenever required and is also ready to accept all the conditions which the Court may deem fit to impose upon him. He next submits that applicant is languishing in jail since 02.09.2021 having no criminal history.
