Allahabad High Court (Dr. Gautam Chowdhary, J.), by order dated 14.02.2023 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 2935 of 2023, allowed the bail application of Habib @ Pappu, arraigned in Case Crime No. 417 of 2022 under Sections 147/148/149/354B/323/504/506/307/376 IPC. Counsel for the applicant relied on the victim's statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and urged that the applicant, in custody since 30.11.2022, be enlarged on bail.
