Bail granted. The High Court of Judicature at Allahabad (Umesh Chandra Sharma, J.), by order dated 22.9.2023 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 27831 of 2023, allowed the bail application of Mohd Sameer in Case Crime No. 315 of 2017 under Sections 379 and 411 IPC, Police Station Civil Lines, District Moradabad, where he had been in jail since 26.05.2023. Considering the submissions of counsel for the applicant and the State, and observing that on the material on record there was no likelihood of tampering with the evidence or of the applicant being separated from the available evidence, the Court, without commenting on the merits, directed his release on bail on a personal bond and two local sureties each in a heavy amount to the satisfaction of the court below.
