This bail application under section 439 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant seeking enlargement on bail in case crime no.80 of 2023, under sections 452, 147, 148, 149, 307 IPC, P.S. Soron, District Kasganj.
According to FIR version, on 19.02.2023 at about 6:30 pm, Gopal having knife entered into the house of the first informant and tried to outrage the modesty of his minor sister. He assaulted his minor sister with a knife with intention to kill her. When the father of the first informant Jhabbu came to rescue her then the co-accused Gopal also attacked him with knife and lathi and assaulted him. Meanwhile, the other accused persons named in the FIR Prempal, Rampal, Shreepal, Shyamlal and Radhe also came at the spot holding lathi-danda and farsa and assaulted the deceased and his father.
