By means of this second bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., applicant, who is involved in Case Crime No. 234 of 2020, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504 and 506 of I.P.C., Police Station-Gyanpur, District-Bhadohi (Sant Ravidas Nagar), seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial.
First bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 07.04.2021 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 3781 of 2021.
Perusal of order-sheet shows that matter is pending since July, 2021.
Earlier on, 27.07.2021, the matter was taken up but the same was adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the applicant. On 01.10.2021 while disposing of the short term bail application No. 2 of 2021 of the applicant, he was directed to surrender before the concerned court below by 8th of October, 2021.
Today when the case called out in revised list, none appears on behalf of the applicant to press this bail application, whereas learned A.G.A. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant are present.
In view of the above, the instant bail application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
