- Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material on record.
- This is a second application for bail in S.T. No.0979 of 2020 arising out of Case Crime No.197 of 2019 under Sections 498A, 304-B of the Indian Penal code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Sandana, District Sitapur.
- No fresh ground has been taken in the second bail application for the grant of bail.
- Accordingly, this application for bail is rejected .
- It is however directed that the trial Court shall expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
