- Heard Miss. Zia Naz Zaidi, learned counsel for the applicant and Dr. S.B. Maurya, learned A.G.A.-Ist for the State.
- The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0330 of 2018, under Sections 498A, 304B, 323 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Falavda, District Meerut during pendency of the trial in the court below.
3.F.I.R. of the present case was lodged on 6.11.2018 against applicant and his family members including his son i.e. husband of the deceased and according to the F.I.R. marriage of the daughter of the informant was performed with the son of applicant and after marriage her daughter was being continuously harassed for demand of a motorcycle and her marriage was performed three months before and on 5.11.2018 applicant along with his other family members committed murder of his daughter.
- Learned counsel for the applicant submits entire allegations made against applicant is totally false and frivolous and applicant is father-in-law of the deceased and only being father-in-law he has been falsely implicated by the informant.
