No one appears on behalf of the applicant to press this bail application despite there are two counsel appearing in the matter. Shri Paritosh Shukla, learned counsel for the first informant has also not put in appearance. Shri Ajay Singh, learned counsel for the State is present.

The order sheet of the case shows that on 17.01.2023, 2.3.2023, neither learned counsel for the applicant nor learned counsel for the informant was present. On 17.02.2023, case was passed over on the illness slip of learned counsel for the applicant but learned counsel for the first informant was not present. Today also, even in the revised list, there is no appearance either on behalf of the applicant or on behalf of the first informant. The case is of the year 2018. Five years since then have passed. In all probability, the trial must have ended by now and as such learned counsel for the applicant has lost interest which goes to show from the order sheet as there has been no appearance on behalf of the applicant.

In view of the same, application for bail stands dismissed for non prosecution.
