By means of this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., applicant, who is involved in Sessions Trial No. 11 of 2022 (Mukhtiyar Ahmad versus State of U.P.) arising out of Case Crime No. 108 of 2021, under Sections 489-A, 304-B, 323, 506 of I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police StationKhajuriya, District- Rampur, seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial.
Perusal of order sheet shows that matter is pending since May, 2022.
Earlier on, 08.02.2023, case was taken up, but none appeared on behalf of the applicant to press this bail application, however, learned A.G.A. for the State was present.
Today also, when case called out in revised list, none appears on behalf of the applicant to press this bail application, whereas learned A.G.A. for the State is present.
In view of the above, the instant bail application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
