- As per prosecution story, the marriage of the informant was solemnized with the brother of the applicant Furkan as per Muslim rites on 17.4.2017. An altercation entered between the parties on 30.10.2021 which was amicably settled with the help of the society at the police station Mahila Thana, Moradabad but later on the applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the informant on 18.5.2022. The applicant and other coaccused persons are stated to have demanded dowry from her.
