This Court, by means of order dated 18.08.2023, after hearing the parties, was of the opinion that it was a fit case for referring the matter for arbitration and furtherance thereof the Court proposed the name of Hon'ble Mr. Justice K.J.S. Rakhra (retired), Judge of this Court and his consent was also sought.
The office report dated 11.09.2023 indicates that the consent from the proposed Arbitrator has been received.
It is in view thereof and in terms of order dated 18.08.2023, Hon'ble Mr. Justice K.J.S. Rakhra (retired), Judge of this Court, is appointed as Arbitrator to hear and decide the dispute in between the parties in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid, the present arbitration application is allowed.
The copy of this order shall be communicated to the Arbitrator accordingly.
