applicant has filed a petition for quashing of FIR, wherein, by order dated 19.07.2018, this Court has directed that till the submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C., applicant shall not be arrested. Now investigation is complete and chargesheet has been submitted in the year 2022. The applicant has already retired from the service on attaining the age of superannuation in the year 2015 and that now applicant is aged about 73 years. In the similar matter, applicant has already been granted relief. Several co-accused persons, including Shri Kant Singh, Ashwani Kumar Srivastava and others have already been granted anticipatory bail. It has further been submitted that applicant has no criminal history. The applicant undertakes to cooperate during investigation and trial and he would appear as and when required by the investigating agency or Court. It has been stated that in case, the applicant is granted anticipatory bail, he shall not misuse the liberty of bail and will co-operate during investigation and would obey all conditions of bail.
