Heard Mr. Mohit Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. K.D. Tiwari, learned counsel for the informant and Mr. K.P. Pathak, learned A.G.A. for the State.
Mr. K.D. Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party placed the order dated 15.11.2022, passed in Application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. No.31968 of 2022, wherein Smt. Lata Agrawal and 14 others (including the applicant) approached this Court and the Court concerned disposed of the aforesaid application by granting 15 days time to the applicants to surrender before the Court below and apply for bail. Till then, effect and operation of the non bailable warrant were to be kept in abeyance.
After knowing the aforesaid facts, learned counsel for the applicant requests to withdraw this application.
Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
