Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to carry out necessary amendment during the course of the day.

Heard Mr. Kashif Zaidi, learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

This anticipatory bail application (under section 438 Cr.P.C.) has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.561 of 2023, under Sections 395, 364, 120-B and 412 IPC, Police Station Aurraiya, District Aurraiya.

During arguments, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted as per impugned FIR, there are seven accused persons out of which six accused persons have been granted regular bail, therefore, a direction may be issued to the court below to decide the application of the applicant within a time bound period.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present anticipatory bail application is disposed of with the direction that in case the applicant appears and surrenders before the court below and applies for bail, the same shall be heard and decided, expeditiously, in accordance with law.

The present anticipatory bail application stands disposed of .
