Present Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicants - 1. Shubham Mishra s/o Santosh Mishra, 2. Abhishek Yadav @ Bechhu Yadav, 3. Shubham Mishra s/o Birendra Mishra and 4. Ranjan Kushwaha in Case Crime No.40 of 2023 under Sections 147, 307, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station - Banakata, District- Deoria.

Earlier, in this anticipatory bail application, the applicants were granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 16.10.2023 for a limited period. Investigation of the case is still going on.

It is submitted that the liberty granted to the applicant by way of interim protection dated 16.10.2023 has not been misused by them and they have been cooperative throughout the investigation. No custodial interrogation is required in the matter. In case the applicants are granted anticipatory bail, they will not misuse the liberty of bail and would obey all conditions of bail.

In view of the above, the protection, earlier granted to the applicants vide order dated 16.10.2023 by this Court, is extended till filing of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. before the competent Court.
