Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, and the learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

The instant petition has been filed under Section 483 Cr.P.C. with the following prayer:

"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow the present application and expedite the hearing of the Complaint Case No. 4064 of 2017 (Smt. Ranjana Singh vs. Om Prakash Singh and others) under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station Belipar, District Gorakhpur, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Gorakhpur and further direct to the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Gorakhpur to decide the aforesaid case within stipulated period otherwise the applicant shall suffer irreparable loss and injury."

After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perusing the materials brought on record as well as without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is disposed of by providing that the court below shall consider and decide the above mentioned case, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
