This application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant seeking direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.) F.T.C.-1, Ghaziabad, decide the Complaint Case No. 684 of 2012 and New No. 2159 of 2019 (Smt. Anuradha Vs. Anshul Mudgal and others) pending before the Civil Judge (J.D.) F.T.C.-1, Ghaziabad since 2012, within stipulated period.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.) F.T.C.-1, Ghaziabad to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
