The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants- Mehilal, Ram Prakash, Sharda, Ruby, Vishwanath Gupta, Rambhawan and Amrika Gupta with the prayer to allow this application and quash the entire proceeding as well as summoning order dated 27.06.2022 in Complaint Case No. 20745 of 2021 (Ram Ratan vs. Mehilal and others), under Sections 323, 504 and 452 I.P.C., Police Station Munderwa, District Basti pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Basti with a further prayer that proceedings of the aforesaid case be stayed against the applicants during the pendency of the present application.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants states that the present application be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a better petition.
As prayed, the present application U/S 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
