1. On 30.10.2023, this Court passed the following order:
"There is illness slip on behalf of learned counsel for the applicant, however, since this matter is pending since more than 10 years.
Put up this matter peremptorily on 21.11.2023.
On the next date of listing, no prayer for adjournment shall be entertained on behalf of the applicants. "
2. Despite the matter being fixed peremptorily for today, none is present on behalf of the applicants to press the instant application. Therefore, the instant application is dismissed for want of prosecution .
