Police Station Sipri Bazar, district Jhansi Arurag Raman Sharma Vs. Anil Kumar otherwise the applicant shall suffer irreparable loss.
It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to stay the operation of the impugned order dated 27.07.2002 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,Ist Court No.6 Jhansi and also to stay the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No. 534/2001, under Section 409/420/467/468/471 I.P.C. Police Station Sipri Bazar, district Jhansi Arurag Raman Sharma Vs. Anil Kumar, during the pendency of present 482 petition before this Hon'ble Court, otherwise the applicant shall suffer irreparable loss and injury."
