Perusal of order sheet shows that vide order of this Court dated 24.02.2020 the matter was referred to Mediation Centre of this Court, but as per report of Mediation Centre dated 16.03.2022, parties concerned are not willing for mediation.
On the matter being taken up in revised list, none appears on behalf of the applicant to press this application, whereas, learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P./opposite party no.1 is present.
In view of the above, the instant application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
