The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant Raj Kamal and Pintu @ Sudhir Kumar Gupta with the prayer to quash the charge sheet dated 04.12.2019 and its cognizance order dated 04.11.2020 taken by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budaun in Criminal Case No. 12803/2019 arising out of Case Crime No. 324/2019, under Section 353, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Civil Lines , District Budaun as well as other entire proceeding and with a further prayer to stay the further proceedings in the said case, during the pendency of the present application.
The records and the cause list show that there are two learned counsels appearing in the matter but there is no one present to argue the matter despite the matter being taken up in the revised.
The application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
