Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
By means of the present application, the applicant is assailing the legality and validity of entire proceeding of S.T. No. 133 of 2018, arising out of case crime no. 252 of 2016, under Sections 302 and 379 IPC, P.S. Obera, District Sonbhadra pending in the Court of Sessions Judge, Sonbhadra.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is seeking discharge.
In view of the above, the applicant is seeking discharge, if so advised, he may move discharge application at the appropriate stage raising all the points, the same shall be heard and decided within a period of three months by the learned court concerned.
With this observation, the present application is disposed of.
