Heard Mr. Dipendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Case No. 128 of 2019 (Aneeta Vs. Kamla Sankar ), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Sujanganj, District Jaunpur.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the aforesaid complaint case has been filed in the year 2019 but not a single penny has been paid by the opposite party no.2 (husband) to applicant till date.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction that in case, the interim maintenance application is filed by the applicant within one week from today, the same shall be decided by the court concerned, in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the said application. The concerned court below is also directed to decide the aforesaid complaint case, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
