By means of the present application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for a direction to the court below, namely, the Additional Principal Judge Family Court No.4, Kanpur, either to decide interim application or the Case NO. 1694 of 2021 (Shanu Raikwar Vs. Pankaj Kumar), under Section 125 Cr.P.C.. within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State and perusing the materials brought on record as well as without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is disposed of by providing that the court below shall consider and decide the above mentioned case, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
