Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by applicant to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Jhansi to decide the Complaint Case No.4235 of 2021 (Syed Wahid Ali Vs. Gyaneshwar Upadhyay), under Section 138 N.I. Act, P.S. Sipri Bazar, District Jhansi pending before him.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is complainant and has filed complaint. It is submitted that the court concerned be directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.

Learned AGA has no objection in case the aforesaid case is decided.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the parties, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate-II, Jhansi to decide the aforesaid case without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
