By means of this application the applicants have prayed for quashing of the criminal proceeding of Criminal Trial No. 10506 of 1997, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad as well as the order dated 14.9.1998 whereby non-bailable warrant has been issued against the applicants
On the matter being taken up, none appears on behalf of the applicants to address the Court, whereas learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State is present.

The instant application is dismissed for nonprosecution.
