Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Gautam Buddh Nagar to expedite the Complaint Case No.1659 of 2021 (Rakesh Vs. Satbir), under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station Dankaur, District Gautam Buddh Nagar, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Gautam Buddh Nagar within time stipulated by this Court.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid case is pending since 2021 and thus a suitable direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time.

No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to expedite the aforesaid case in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
