This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been moved with a prayer to quash the Charge-sheet No.180/ 2022 dated 28.07.2022, cognizance order dated 04.11.2022 and the entire proceedings of Case No. 25585/ 2022 (State Versus Harikishan and others) arising out of Case Crime No.196/2022, under Sections 147, 452, 308, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Bharthana, District Etawah, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Etawah.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant regarding the alleged incident there are cross FIRs from both side.
The only prayer made before the Court is to issue a direction for bail.
Accordingly, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of with the direction to the trial court that if the applicants appear before the court below within 15 days from today and and apply for bail, their bail application shall be considered and decided, as expeditiously as possible, in view of law laid down in Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, (2021) 10 SCC 773 and Brahm Singh and others Vs. State of U.P. and others, 2016 (95) ACC 950 .
