Heard Mr. Anil Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicants, Mr. Om Prakash Pathak, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and Mr. Amit Singh Chauhan, learned AGA for the State.
Learned counsel for the parties submits that the parties have amicably settled their disputes and have entered into compromise. A certified copy of compromise deed has been annexed as Annexure no.5 to this application.
Perusal of the record goes to show that the present application is misconceived and when the aforesaid was pointed out, learned counsel for the applicant states that he does not want to press this application and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as not pressed.
