Heard Sri Suresh Kumar Maurya, learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and Sri Shiv Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2.

The present application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 21.10.2022 and charge sheet dated 14.2.2020 as well as entire proceeding of Case No.5976 of 2020, arising out of Case Crime No.658 of 2019, under Sections- 420 & 406 IPC, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Jhansi.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the very same proceedings was also under challenge in the Application U/S 482 No. 18482 of 2021 in which Court in light of compromise entered between the parties, allowed the application vide order dated 7.8.2023 by quashing entire proceedings, therefore, this Court may also please to quash the present proceedings in terms of order dated 7.8.2023 passed in Application U/S 482 No.18482 of 2021 for which Sri Shiv Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 has no objection.

Under such facts and circumstances of the case, the aforesaid proceeding is hereby quashed and application is allowed in terms of order dated 7.8.2023 passed in Application U/S 482 No.18482 of 2021. No order as to costs.
