Heard Mr. Satyaveer Singh, the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned AGA for State.

Perused the record.

Applicant has approached this Court with a limited prayer that applicant has been released on bail in all the eight cases but on account of financial constraint, he is unable to arrange the sureties in each case. Resultantly, the applicant has not been bailed out.

On the aforesaid premise, learned counsel for applicant submits that intent of justice shall be served if applicant is permitted to file personal bond and two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned in one case and that may be considered for the other cases also.

It is also submitted by the learned counsel for applicant that similar orders have been passed by this Court, in other cases also.

Keeping in view the aforesaid case, this application is disposed of with the direction that the applicant shall furnish a personal bond and two sureties to the satisfaction of the court and the same on being furnished shall be treated to be valid in all other cases wherein he has been released on bail and the same shall be deemed to be adequate compliance of other bail orders.

With the aforesaid direction the application is finally disposed of.
