This application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to issue a direction to the Trial Court to expedite complaint case no. 9811 of 2021, Rajat Agarwal Vs. Kapoor Enternational and others, pending in the court of Presiding Officer/ Additional Court No. 2, Agra, under section 138 N.I. Act, police station Kamla Nagar, District Agra within the time fixed by this Court.
It is clear that the case is of the year 2021 i.e. the case is about one years old and is still pending before the trial court, hence, the trial court is directed to dispose of the aforesaid case expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.
The application is accordingly allowed.
