This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the Court below to consider and decide the Criminal Case No. 1369 of 2018 (State Vs. Sandeep Maurya and another) arising out of Case Crime No. 2431 of 2017, under Sections 323, 504, 325 I.P.C., Police Station- Line Bazar, DistrictJaunpur, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jaunpur within stipulated period of time.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is informant and has lodged an F.I.R. against the opposite party nos.2 and 3, under Sections 323 and 504 I.P.C. and court below has taken cognizance on 04.06.2018 and listed the case for evidence. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that opposite party nos. 2 and 3 are not co-operating in the trial of the case. The case is pending since 2017.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merit of this case, this application is disposed of finally with direction to the concerned Court below to decide the aforesaid criminal case as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
The application is finally disposed of with aforesaid direction.
