This application under Section 482 CrPC has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to direct the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No.18, Ghaziabad to decide the Criminal Appeal No. 56 of 2019 (Dr. Pravesh Kumar Vs. State of U.P.), under Sections 498-A, 323 IPC, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Ghaziabad within stipulated period.
This application under Section 482 CrPC has been filed before this Court with the prayer to direct the court below to decide the Criminal Appeal No. 56 of 2019 (Dr. Pravesh Kumar Vs. State of U.P.).
From perusal of the record, it is evident that said Criminal Appeal No. 56 of 2019 (Dr. Pravesh Kumar Vs. State of U.P.) has already been expedited by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Application U/s 482 No. 16794 of 2021 (Priyanka Kureel Vs. State of U.P. and Another) vide order dated 10.01.2022, as such, no further order expediting the said criminal appeal is required.
Present application under Section 482 CrPC is wholly misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
