Learned counsel for the applicant is present. He has filed supplementary affidavit, which is taken on record.

In compliance of order dated 07.12.2022, the certified copy of the compromise deed dated 20.10.2022 alongwith its verification order dated 03.01.2023 in original is received from the trial court. The parties are the neighbours. As the sections involved are 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. & 3(1 1 of SC/ST Act, wherein various sections are non compoundable sections, hence, the compromise entered between the parties is get verified from the trial court.

The parties are the neighbours. The dispute is personal. The compromise of the parties will not affect the society at large adversely rather the compromise between the parties would make the parties to spent a peaceful and harmonious life. As the the compromise deed of the parties has been verified by the court concerned, hence, same is accepted the certified copy of the compromise deed alongwith its verification order passed thereon dated 03.01.2023 shall form the part of this order.

As the compromise deed of the parties has been accepted by the Court, so the entire criminal proceeding of Special Trial No.54 of 2015 (State Vs. Hargovind Pathak @ Babloo) arising out of Case Crime No.200 of 2013, under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. & 3(1) 10 of SC/ST Act, Police Station Prem Nagar, District Jhansi, pending in the court of Special Judge SC/ST Act Jhansi, are hereby quashed.

The present Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is allowed .
