Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
It has been pointed out by learned A.G.A. for the State that the prosecution against the applicants in this case has already been withdrawn by the State and in this connection, the application under Section 321 Cr.P.C. for withdrawal of prosecution has already been accepted by the trial court vide order dated 04.10.2023 and applicants have been acquitted.
In view of the aforesaid, the instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as infructuous .
