Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
This application has been filed by the applicant for a direction to the court below to expedite disposal of Case No.15929 of 2018 arising out of Case Crime No.428 of 2016, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 452 IPC, Police Station Sardhana, District Meerut pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Meerut.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the case is pending since 2018 but the same has not been decided as yet and it may be proper to direct the concerned court to decide the aforesaid case.
Considering the submission of the learned counsel for applicant, it is directed that Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Meerut shall consider and decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
In view of above, this application is finally disposed of.
