Heard Sri Sudhir Mehrotra, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Anish Kr. Upadhyay, learned A.G.A. for the State.

The present application has been filed to expedite the hearing of the Case No. 1203 of 2022 ( State vs. Imran Raeen and others ), arising out of Case Crime No. 146 of 2022, u/s 498A, 323, 504, 506, 354 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Kotwali Kalpi, District Jalaun, pending before Judicial Magistrate, Kalpi, Jalaun.

Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that from perusal of the order sheet, it is clear that after obtaining bail, the accused persons did not appear before the trial court and kept on taking adjournment and for this reason trial could not be proceeded further.

Considering the aforesaid submission, the Judicial Magistrate, Kalpi, Jalaun is directed to expedite the hearing of Case No. 1203 of 2022 ( State vs. Imran Raeen and others ), arising out of Case Crime No. 146 of 2022, u/s 498A, 323, 504, 506, 354 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Kotwali Kalpi, District Jalaun.

It is further directed that for ensuring the presence of accused persons, the court below shall adopt coercive measures.

With the aforesaid direction, the application is disposed of.
